  • A commercial/business address location should be capable of receiving freight without prior notification or appointment setup and have the ability to unload with a forklift from the delivery truck.
  • We recommend shipping directly to your repair shop or dealership performing repairs to take advantage of our free shipping service.
  • Normal order processing time is 7-14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Please be aware that certain locations, especially in CO, UT, NY, OR, CA, and remote areas, may result in additional delivery fees. Despite potential delays due to increasing order volumes, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control, we will ship your order as promptly as possible.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing parts must be reported by the purchaser at the time of delivery. Failure to report damages before signing shipping documents places the responsibility on the purchaser (receiver).
