Every accepted return must be in unused and original condition, including all items and components from the original bundle. Products being returned must not have been disassembled, mounted, or damaged due to incorrect installation or customer error. My Car Planet assumes no responsibility for setup or labor charges, towing fees, additional repair costs, or rental vehicle fees incurred under this agreement.
Upon receiving your package, carefully inspect all bundles for any missing, damaged, or incorrect pieces. If a part is damaged, DO NOT accept the package, and promptly have the shipper return it to the sender. In the event that a damaged package is left in your absence, contact the shipping company immediately to arrange for the package's return to the sender.
Upon receipt of the returned parts at our warehouse, refunds are typically processed and credited within 24 to 48 hours. The refund will be applied to the payment method used for the original purchase once the returned part(s) has been assessed and processed. Upon completion of the refund processing, you will receive an email with the subject line "credit approved," especially if the purchase was conducted online.
