Customer satisfaction is always prioritized at My Car Planet. That's why we offer parts and labor warranty on Used engines.
Our warranty policy covers any defective components or embellishments that we send out. Almost every car part comes with a service agreement. Labour costs are not covered by our guarantee framework.
If a segment is identified as defective, our initial effort will be to replace it. If replacement is not feasible, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount to your account.
If a reorder is placed before the underlying item arrives, we shall request immediate payment of the subsequent part plus a discount.
My Car Planet is also not accountable for any expenditures incurred as a result of incorrect engine installation or labor fees. To our knowledge, the best engine is a used one with little miles. Oil leaks/damage on engines caused by non-replaced seals, gaskets, and filters are not covered by the My Car Planet warranty.
We offer pre-owned engines for sale. While we design efficient and appealing engine components for all vehicle types, we cannot guarantee the appearance of the entire engine. Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect all components before accepting the delivery. Please note that we do not assume responsibility for refunds related to used engines or parts that have been inaccurately diagnosed.
My Car Planet is not responsible for covering expenses related to towing, shipping, storage, or rental vehicles. Warranties will be voided in the case of inaccurate details. It's important to note that original equipment manufacturer (OEM) car parts from different makes and models are interchangeable.
My Car Planet utilizes a VIN compatibility check to confirm that the purchased used engine is a suitable match for your vehicle. Unless explicitly specified, any deposits made to us are non-refundable.
My Car Planet allows for the return or exchange of used engines. In the event of a returned shipping order, it must be received in the same assembled state as when dispatched to the customer. If the order is not returned in its original condition for any reason, a refund will not be issued. Refunds will only be processed if a replacement is unavailable.
The guarantee will be invalidated if the engine has been disassembled or altered in any manner without My Car Planet' permission.
Our reconditioned engines are thoroughly tested, visually inspected, and cleaned.
